Colin and I are in the last stages of packing for our Spanish adventure.
My box of essential books is probably the heaviest item but after several attempts at sorting, there are no more I can take out.
We had a splendid curry last night at SJ and Damians and Colin wrote lovely letters to his two grandchildren.
I have been following Barack Obama's visit to the UK. It is really funny to observe the body language of Barack and his wife Michelle, compared to the Browns. The Obamas have a naturally inclusive style and the Brits just look stiff uncomfortable and awkward. Brown completely dissed his wife Sarah on the steps of Number 10 while Barack Obama put his arm round Michelle.
Brown seemed more intent on making sure he got poll position for the photoshots than anything else!!
