Colin and I went down to St Ives from Friday until Sunday. Wonderful. The house is looking beautiful. We had delicious Caesar Salad at Porthminster Beach Cafe. We had a visitor at Mass from Westminster Abbey who offered to play the organ so it was a nice surprise to have hymns played at the proper speed. Weather changes every day but we did manage to top our tans up a little bit. No swims this weekend.The seagulls have left no mess so the new roof fortifications are working well. Brian was a seagull who fell off the roof a few years ago and would have died but we watered him and fed him tinned sardines and mackerel and he came back to start his new family on the roof. Unfortunately they were partly responsible for flooding the house as the mess they make clogs up the drains. The last chick is ready to fly so they will have to move house next year. Say aaaaah...........
