Quite by accident, I came across this image from here when browsing for something for this Third Sunday of Advent- also known as Gaudete Sunday.

The sentence below also came with the image.

"Gaudete likes to look beyond the season and offer more transcendent pieces that pass the test of time."

How true and the pieces won't be found inside a shopping bag containing haute couture fashion items methinks .

But, then again, the Spirit works in strange and mysterious ways.....
